"Have stayed in the Hotel for over 10 years at least once a year and it has only got better. we take our dog so can only have a superior ground floor room over looking the boats , but this is fine as it has a patio door straight onto the grass ,the room was very clean. we had breakfast which was great not a problem when i mixed and matched items nothing too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant twice and food was excellent would recommend it the staff where helpful and service was very good. Looking forward to our next visit."

"We stayed overnight at The Quay on the way back from Holyhead and had a very enjoyable and relaxing meal in the Ebb & Flow Restaurant. The hotel accommodation is always spotlessly clean and well maintained and our room was very spacious with a large bathroom with shower fitted above the bath, the bed was very large and comfortable and we had a pleasant view across to the nearby Marina."

"Came here as part of a surprise birthday / engagement holiday organised by my family. Enjoyed the decently equipped gym and well maintained and clean spa facilities including steam room, foot spa, sauna and Himalayan salt room as well as the pool. All the staff were amazing including my therapist Sergio who provided an excellent massage and facial experience along with after care advice. My face was glowing for days! The food and beverage staff including Terrie were wonderful and accommodating to our needs including helping to present my Birthday cake. Rooms all felt clean, modern and in keeping with the style of the hotel and we had an excellent view overlooking the bay, despite stormy weather. Thank you Quay Hotel and Spa, we will be coming again!"

"Had 4 nights away, the hotel was more than we expected. Good and drinks great. We had a wonderful full body massage. So relaxing and perfect to unwind. The room we had was very large, and a very large modern bathroom. Staff were all helpful and friendly and attentive to us. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. And the waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal location to explore North Wales/Snowdonia."
