At the coveted Ebb and Flow Restaurant in North Wales’s most beautiful Marina setting of Deganwy, serving contemporary dishes and local champions.

The River Conwy is home to some of the best mussels you’ll ever eat and is a frequent highlight on the menu, as are mackerel and locally and responsibly sourced meats and produce.

Good food, food provenance, prepared well and served by friendly staff have always meant this restaurant is a favourite in Deganwy, Conwy and the wider North Wales region.

“From booking to leaving – this hotel sits up with the best for great service! We booked this hotel on for a 3-night stay to take some time out from hard work to take in the sights and wonderful sea air of Conwy and Llandudno. The Quay delivered everything perfectly, even during Covid-19! On reception after a 4,5-hour drive, Joe greeted us with a warm welcome, an envelope containing all our hotel information, breakfast order sheets and our rooms were ready – Clean and freshly prepared – hugely spacious with balcony views over the marina & Conwy Castle lit up in the distance. We ate dinner at the hotels Ebb and Flow Restaurant on the first night and the menu was delightful and everything was cooked to perfection. The rooms were great! Clean and comfortable with a newly spruced bathroom, fluffy towels and tasteful furnishings. Even under the barrage of Covid-19 rules – Breakfast was a success – every table had social distancing in place and all staff wearing masks through service! The restaurant really has a great atmosphere looking out over the water! Treatments at the Spa – you get 15% off as hotel guests so we had a Swedish Massage and it was great! Make sure to book in advance for the indoor pool and gym – luckily we were able to get a few private swims booked in but no access to sauna or steam room due to restrictions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!”

“We stayed during the more strict lockdown and felt very safe with the COVID regulations, our breakfast in our room back them was great.
This visit was not so locked down, but it was reassuring to see all the COVID measures still strictly adhered to.
We stayed in a suite overlooking the estuary. On entering our room, we found it was more like a flat! with a bedroom room, a living room and a bathroom. The Nespresso machine was a great extra touch. The view from the balcony is priceless.

‘Stayed at The Quay last year and so was thrilled when I had some vouchers for my 50th to visit again in September. It’s as beautiful and welcoming as ever.
